Good Utility, but one thing IMO could be better:

When dragging the box (MouseDown), the mousepointer shouldn't be allowed to leave the Window on the Left- or Top-Side.

Because now it is possible to drag the box totally outside the visible Window, and when you drop it there, you cannot reach it anymore.

Thanks for suggestion.
Now I did modify it and now the box can't exit from the window but in the left. Take a look a tell me if is it better.

I did another modify. Now the box can go just on bottom so now the mousepointer can't go outside the left or top or right.
