This object can manage event handlers in PhoneGap applications.
It can add a function to handle a given PhoneGap events.
Each registered event handler is assigned to a integer number that should be used when it is necessary to remove that handler.
Currently it can register handlers for events like device ready, application pause and resume, networking going online and offline, and the use of the back, menu and search buttons.
