This is a very simple jQuery plug-in to embed an audio player.
It can insert HTML to play a given audio file using the HTML5 audio tag.
The plug-in also insert the embed tag as fallback when the audio tag is not supported by the Web browser.

HTML5 introduced the audio player element to let Web sites and applications play audio clips in different formats. However, older browsers without HTML5 support are still in use, so this jQuery plug-in can fallback to a Flash based audio player when HTML5 is not supported by the browser. Manuel Lemos |
