Form Generator: Generate and layout HTML forms dynamically

This object can generate and layout HTML forms dynamically.

It can create form elements in HTML pages and add inputs of several types to the forms like text, radio, checkbox, submit, button, textarea, hidden and select.

The inputs may have labels associated to them. The object adds the inputs to the form layout with labels near the respective inputs.

The composed form can be inserted in HTML page inside a given parent element.
