Scroll elements with keys or mouse jQuery plug-in

This is a jQuery plug-in to scroll elements with keys or mouse.

It can make page elements animate to scroll when the user uses cursor keys or drags the mouse to an area on the top or below the page element.

The scroll up and down speeds are configurable parameters.
