again mod default value for jqueryUiVersion option
first check is $.ui is loaded and $.ui.version is available. It was not available prior to 1.6 (who still uses such old versions?) but you never know, so default to 1.12.1 if version not detected
modify default value for jqueryUiVersion option
default jqueryUiVersion option now set to the currently detected jQuery UI library
