First off, registering for this site is a pain. I had to press 'proceed' 6 or 7 times, I had to fill in 3 registration forms... what a nightmare.

Anyway, in response to your blog post about faster loading the ad pages. I too played around with moving the content around the page similar to how you're doing, but wasn't happy that it didn't work cross-browser. In the end, I hijacked the document.write command to redirect where the ad scripts were writing to. I wrote about it on my blog at

Hello Eion,

For some configuration mistake, the site was not send notification messages when comments are sent, so I did not knew about your comment.

Anyway, some time ago I updated the object to make it work with IE and Opera. I did not yet check your code but I also used a trick to capture document.write calls.

For the same configuration problem above you did not get any new version alert messages, but now you may get the new object version and check it out.

Soon I will make another update to let you choose the priority of loading of page content elements, just in case you want some element at the top of the page load after others. I need that to make Twitter and Facebook widgets load after other content.

Thanks for the feedback.
