This object can get geographic information using the GeoNames API.

It can create a script element send a JSONP HTTP request to the GeoNames API Web servers to retrieve geographic information of a several services.

Currently it can access the services to query geographic information of cities, earthquakes, weather, postal code, country code, country sub-divisions and ocean.

A given callback function is called when the server returns the JSONP request response.

This JavaScript object can take advantage of the GeoNames Web services by accessing its API directly from the browser, thus without requiring a server side component to access that API.
