This object can build HTML table programmatically from object data.

It can take an array of objects with the data to display inside a table and generates the whole HTML of the table.

The display names of the header columns are configurable. They should match the names of the entries of data objects.

The HTML templates to define the table, row and cell start and end tags and cell contents are also configurable.
