can anyone recommend any good responsive content slider. I used a lot different of them, as Nivo slider, etc, but every one of them has some feature missing that I need.
So what I would need is:
Content slider, that could be used inline as well as overlay. It should slide images, inline content, videos from youtube and vimeo as well as content from ajax request It should be responsive. It should be controllable, by keys (left, right, escape to close) and by touch input on mobile phone (dragging to switch sliders) It should have infinite mode, to loop slides It should have crossfade effect It should have as least dependencies as possible, and best would be having one single minimized js file and optionally css file

For such a task, i don't think is a good idea to start over all the functionality. Instead, i think we better use some open source code that already has some functionality you ask. This way, we can reuse and improve something.

That is a reasonably complex request. Maybe it could be split in several requests.
I have developed component that can add a mirror scroll bar at the top of contained element that is mirrors the bottom scroll bar that browsers make appear below the element to be scrolled. It features keyboard control but not the rest of the features you ask.
Check this package. Seems like a good fit.
