This object can create multiple groups of form inputs.
It takes as parameters the object of a given HTML parent page element that contains a group of form inputs.
The object creates a copy of the contained page element and its contents and appends it at the end of the parent element children list.
The object can limit the number of children element copies that may be created.
It can also analyze and update the identifier and names of the contained form inputs, so the server can get distinct input values for each of the input copies.
